I live at Flenniken Landing and have for almost 8 1/2 years. The people who watch over Flenniken are very special. They are here to help, listen or solve any problem you may have. God bless them all!!
Flenniken Landing is not the same friendly/family environment it once was for so long. Unfortunately the current manager is responsible for this, she causes a great deal of chaos and confusion. She is unprofessional and flat out rude. The entire building needs repairs that management will not address, sadly there has not been a certified maintenance at Flenniken in years. The place has gone down hill as well as the respect for the residents.
Need to work on their allowing residents basic civil rights to allow guests , family to go and visit there anytime like a normal apartment unit. People pay money to have something they can be proud of to show off. Restricted hours and baby monitor all guests by invasive methods of taking ID's at the door to hold onto. Meanwhile they will run background checks on guests to see who they are. It is nice that they do help by taking people off streets , but if they take subsidies , then residents and guests do deserve to be treat... read more
