My wife had the filet mignon, cooked medium-rare. She said that, without question, it was the most tender piece of beef that she has ever eaten. I had the shrimp/scallops plate. The scallops were cooked perfectly; they were as tender as marshmallows. The shrimp were seasoned to perfection. We were there to celebrate our birthdays and our anniversary. The staff treated us as if we were royalty. Cheesecake bites were given as a complimentary dessert. Exceptional treat! We'll be back.

I have been to Flemings in UTC but only the bar. This time was to celebrate a birthday. The place was packed at 8 o'clock on a Friday night. So they seated us in an overflow room which was quieter and made it much easier to talk. The room is decorated just like the rest of the restaurant with warm wood and white tablecloths. We went there for our first time. It was our sons birthday. The staff was beyond welcoming and wished him a happy birthday when we gave our name. The service was exceptional, the food was extraordinary. An awesome dinner by far.
