This is definitely the best place to go!! We saw them yesterday for an ear infection. Last year, my lab mix had orthopedic surgery on his leg and is doing wonderful. You would never know he had surgery. They were so wonderful thru all this. They are always very loving and kind to my pets and take lots of time with us. BEST VETS! Both vets are great. Everyone there is so caring and compassionate. Dr. Tim kept me updated (even at night) while my pet was sick and even called afterwards to check on. Hes always thorough and answers all my questions. Never rushes me. The BEST place to take your pet. The ladies up front always know my pets by name and even get up to come visit with them when we come in. I was so pleased to find such a good Vet after relocating here due to the storm. My Lil Furry companion was recuperating from kidney stone surgery when I evacuted. I was concerned about his care but DeSoto Vet Clinic was so comforting & helpful. Plus, I had tried several Groomers but the ones at DeSoto did a perfect job...a true Shitzu cut & didnt miss the little things.
Dr. Gaines was wonderful with my puppy, Eli. She has called twice just to check on him! The whole staff is great! The office is clean and pleasant and everyone is so nice!
