Fleming building This is a great place to live it’s very quiet clean close to stores AC works great for those hot days if anything goes wrong they are right here to fix it I love my apartment carol
Awesome place to live Loved this place. I had an awesome one bedroom corner apartment on the 11th floor and it was just gorgeous. Best apartment I have lived in so far.
RecommendedThe Fleming Building has the best management and maintenance team I have ever experienced while renting. The location is conveniently downtown and the furnishings are great. Love the big windows for natural light!

Dan the current property manager is amazing, Kelcy prior to him was also amazing. It is a nice quiet community. The theatre room is a great place to throw parties. Pete the matinence guy is very kind and quick to resolve any issues. Only downside is parking, you have to park in the EMC building garage a few blocks down, but there is skywalk access so you never have to go outside.
