RENTERS BEWARE! The property owner is a major mean-spirited, vindictive, rent-gouging POS coward. Just out for the all-mighty buck. He could care less about the tenants and takes advantage of them or evicts you with false proof. Except for delinquent rent. Makes up reasons why you should not get your security deposit back. The worst management company ever! The owner Ryan Taylor is a cowardly, unreasonable man who neglects tenants repeatedly. He doesn’t make updates to units and has the nerve to raises rent by 11% to good upstanding tenants. We are talking antiquated apartments at Hollow Crest that are not worth the price. They still look like they are from the 70s. Appliance are old as dirt. His sister is useless when it came to showing units. They never follow up. Renter beware.

Terrible management company. Do not waste your time. They don’t care about their tenants and will protect their “own” living on their properties. Hollow crest smells like a Marijuana factory and there is definitely criminal activity going on that is being protected by management. They will get theirs. Game is over.
