Extremely upset with the lack of communication with this company. My fiancée was forced to reschedule with them multiple times due to issues on their end. They finally show up but at 9am during a work meeting instead of the agreed upon 11am time. The service guy did a good job, but the company’s overall organization is total chaos. They were constantly cancelling and rescheduling, then scheduled a tech to come earlier than agreed to. This is not the fault of the tech, but the company. i have 8 year old goodman system that still works but sometimes gives me trouble i called around for a maintenance service & they offered a $75 maintenance service, the technician alex was professional showed up on time & it took around 90 minutes to get done. easy to pay with zelle. my ac works much better now & prepared for the summer. 🙏
The worst company I dealt with. I don't how they got good reviews. Better service. Returning your calls back. They'd telling us that the parts not right. Unprofessional.
