Had a roaring noise in my drivetrain brought it in for diagnostic they charged me they told me it was the rear rear end they fixed it told me they test drove didn't make it out the lot still the same noise they wanted to change me again for the same noise didn't think that was fair took to another shop they pulled 1 cover 4 screws problem solved

Checked in for Alignment. They told us there was one truck ahead of us, and would take us after that truck. FOUR hours later, they come to tell us they cannot do the alignment that day. And that is how you loose a day, and accomplish Nothing.

I came in and asked for a jump and maybe a forced regen. Once they jumped me I was able to do my own regen. The mechanic stopped it did some stuff then he did his own forced regen. When I get the bill it was $400 something. All I asked for was a jump. They said they had to do a diagnostic that I didnt ask for but wanted me to pay for it. I was able to talk to someone to get it lowered but I still feel I was over charged.
