A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We've been several times. Restaurant week menu was great. Server Lucas made the visit complete. My favorite restaurant in the city.

Our experience at Fleet Landing was wonderful! We went to the bar for our 20-30 minute wait, and my dirty martini was really fantastic! Then the food was awesome, too!!! I got scallops with the ginger butter and the other three got shrimp and grits. We all got very quiet when we were eating because the food was so delicious we were all eating instead of a talking. 😊 After the entree we had keylime pie and creme brûlée for dessert.
