A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. This is one of my favorite casual places to eat in Charleston. The bloody Mary’s and she crab soup are the best. Great view of the harbor as well.

Went for lunch during the week, great food and the service was top notch!
The food was excellent our waitress was just so so.. It was my daughters 18th birthday and I told the waitress this at the start of our meal. The entire time she was tied up in the bar area with a large group of guys and neglected to really come and check on us very much. The reason I posted a negative response ( I never do!!) I looked up after our meal and she had brought the big table out a birthday cake with candle and they all sang Happy Birthday. To bad my 18 year old little girl didn't get the same treatment??? Great seafood! Crab cakes incredible. End it with the key lime pie. Can’t get any better!
I was in town for the Charleston Half Marathon and came here on a recommendation. There was a wait, so we grabbed seats at the bar. Since it was restaurant week, we ordered off that menu. Food was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Great views. Excellent customer service!
