A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Not only was the food delicious but the atmosphere was great and all of the people working were very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this restaurant and I highly recommend.

We had such an amazing experience our last night in Charleston! Ryan was our server and from start to finish made our experience 5 star. He was funny yet professional, so knowledgeable and spot on about the menu. The calamari was amazing as a starter and the seafood pasta is a must try! I also have to give a shout out to the bartenders. We had a wait when we arrived so we sat at the bar, they made great drinks and were so friendly!
Wonderful...Our server Mike was very attentive and the food was delish!!
