Excellent customer service. Really took their time with me, finding the right shoe to help with my persistent problems with neuromas; demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and compassion to help me get back out on the trails! I would highly recommend Fleet Feet Asheville if you want someone who will take the time to meet your individual needs without compromise.

I had a small problem with my running shoes. I took them back to see what they could do for me. Problem was solved and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Awesome customer service.
Went to Fleet Feet on the advice of Sean Simonds, my Physical Therapy Dr. The manager questioned me concerning my activities, measured my foot, sitting and standing. Then he patiently worked with me through seven pairs of shoes until we found the exact shoe I needed. I have back and hip problems so there were concerns. I have had my shoes for almost a week. Awesome! I am sure many have heard of heel toe offset, except me. Able to walk without issue. PT will continue with other training. I have the right shoe! Go get yours!

Best running store in AVL hands down! The staff assisted in the BEST show fit I've ever had. They listened to all the little details of my running life & my new shoes are simply amazing
