Excellent experience with incredibly knowledgeable sales associates who were helpful and fit me for the perfect product. For the first time in quite a while I was able to run 5 pain free miles this morning with a proper fitting shoe and good orthotics! I will use this store and location in the future for all of my running needs.

So I’ve yet to stop into the store. But they say you can tell the character of someone (store) by the way they treat you when they have nothing to gain. I just called the store to ask advice on what trails to run in the area as I travel through Asheville. Melissa was super helpful and kind. To me, that says a lot. Kudos to FF and Melissa for upholding the awesome standards of the running community!!

My first experience there and Melissa helped me out so much! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They also were very accepting that I brought my hyper 18 month old with me. Melissa brought me three pairs she thought would best fit me and I ended up going with two out of three. I don't know the name of the guy working in the store but he was cool too. Thank you!
