Absolutely excellent customer service. Spent a lot of time with me making sure that I got exactly what I needed. Measured my foot, watched me walk, run, etc. Also with the assurance that if the shoes didn't work, I would bring them back for a pair that did work. But I found the perfect pair. And I will be back when they wear out. I won't go anywhere else!
