I went to Fleet Feet today with a group of friends to be fitted for the right running shoes. The customer service was incredible! They took their time with us and made sure we left with the perfect shoes! A huge thank you for all your help today! We will definitely be back! 1/31/20 A huge thank you again to Fleet Feet for outstanding customer service. Once again Billy helped my son find the perfect shoes for track. Thank you for your patience in assisting him and for always encouraging him. We will back again!

The staff are absolutely incredible. I always feel welcomed to the store, listened to, and supported through whatever I'm doing - whether that's learning about their training programs, getting fitted for new shoes, or more! I'm so glad I found Fleet Feet Asheville, Hannah & Mike - and the rest of their team. I definitely recommend stopping by whether you're brand new to running or an experienced runner. They're the best <3
The staff is amazing and most helpful. I've never been in that they haven't had what I needed in stock, I love their selection of gear and shoes. The runs and events that they host are a great asset to the community. I would encourage anyone who runs to try out their events and demo runs!

Amazing store and staff. They are very knowledgeable on shoes and the accessories you will need to make your run or exercise experience the best.
I went in to buy a sticker and ended up getting fitted for shoes. Melissa was wonderful to help me find the top 3 shoes that fit my foot the best. Melissa was very friendly and helpful. I will be back!
