I've been shopping with Fleet Feet for sometime. I went in for a new fit and even with social distancing, this was my best experience yet. Seeing the 3D image of my feet and understanding my needs, I've felt more prepared for hitting the road and getting back to my running. The steps taken to ensure social distancing really show the care and attention to detail you won't get anywhere else.

I consider myself a pretty serious walker and my feet hit with the intensity of Thors hammer on my commute. i sometimes even walk 2 miles at once. this is why i chose fleet feet. I adore Fleet Feet. Have been shopping here since my first marathon. Every location I have visited (all over Chicago and the one in Nashville) is staffed with lovers of my sport. No better spot to be as a runner.
Went to the (very busy) Old Town location today. I had never been to a Fleet Feet store before.... my sales associate, Nick was AMAZING. Even though he was having to help 2 customers at a time in order to make it through the line before they closed for the day... he still was personable and I never felt rushed great experience and very happy with my shoes.
We travelled from the UK for a Holiday in Chicago over Christmas and with my wife being a Runner decided to visit one of the Stores. Although very busy the Staff took the time to welcome us and one of them helped my wife choose her new Trainers. The Lady who helped my wife got my wife to try on many different brands of trainers and use the Running Machine to see how they felt. The Service we received was 5 star and I would highly recommend visiting Fleet Feet whilst in Chicago
