I came in to the Deerfield location today, looking for a pair of sneakers with some specific issues. I was waited on by Kate, who spent more than 90 minutes patiently helping me. The experience was amazing - the best by far I've ever had in my life. She was wonderful, extremely knowledgable and provided excellent suggestions. I really enjoyed the very prompt attention and customer care that I received. The guy who helped me did a very thorough job in making sure the running shoes that I purchased last minute , not only fit well, but would be comfortable and durable....all the stuff needed when running big races such as the Chicago Marathon.

Great customer service. Went in to get my BIG Ten 10K medal engraved (free of charge) and ended up buying a new pair of shoes due to their fitting and stride analysis process. When the medal got finished, I left the store and accidentally left my shoes behind. I called them from the Amtrak station when I realized my mistake, and they ended up shipping the shoes to my house in downstate Illinois at NO CHARGE!! Again, I am so impressed by how helpful everyone was. Great job!!
