After working with Keith, I purchased two pair of Saucony Guide 8, in a half size up from what I normally wear. All after his suggestions and a thorough analysis of my gait. Today, was the first run since meniscus repair surgery and it was without pain for the first time in three years. Thanks again Keith, you're the best!
