I received a gift card so went in for some new shoes...something that I haven't done in years! I not only got some wonderful shoes that are perfect for what I needed but the attention that I received and help choosing was an experience that sealed the deal that I'll be coming back! Great customer service and quality products.
I recently went to the Old Sauk location (Madison) with my oldest son to replace the running shoes we bought there in September. Matt was extremely patient and brought out a lot of options for him to try on. When we went to check out I couldn't believe that he was giving us a full refund for the last pair because the treads were completely falling apart. Stopped in to the old sauk road store and Jessica helped me get a pair of Superfeet insoles for my hunting boots. Excellent service and great to work with the owner. If you need running shoes, inserts or anything shoe related for running I recommend you stop into Fleet Feet Sports in Madison.

Great selection of shoes for running or walking and a excellent staff to help you get on the right track, if your a Triathlete or just starting out great selection of products to choose from!
I'm fairly new to running and they helped me find the perfect shoes to enjoy my experience with training! The staff are great and I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
My wife and I stopped in this afternoon to get her a new pair of running shoes. They were extremely busy for that time of the day, but they were very helpful and friendly despite the afternoon rush. We were able to walk out of the store, not with one pair but two pairs of new shoes (I decided mine needed to be replaced as well).
