Service available by appointment. Masks provided (had my own), hand sanitizer everywhere. Awesome! Great service also! They scan your feet, listen to your needs and have lots of options. Top notch operation all around.

My husband and I are newer customers, convinced to give them a try after dealing with sore feet thanks to long days at theme parks. It's a stupid reason to want better shoes but there you go. The employees at the Madison location have all been nothing short of amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and really -listen- to you and your needs. They picked out a pair of Saucony Freedoms for me and I have since bought three pairs because I LOVE them. We will be customers for life!

Both locations are fantastic and staffed with great staff. So much knowledge and so helpful. Just do not get that kind of service any where else these days.
