I bought a pair of shoes and had a bad experience here. Instead of addressing my experience, my review was taken down.
We were in town for the weekend and decided to check out the Madison location. We walked in and were greeted by AJ. He was helpful and knowledgeable about running shoes. I picked up a new pair of shoes and two long sleeve base layers. The staff was friendly and attentive. I plan on coming back the next time I am in town.
RecommendedI've purchased 3 sets of running shoes for myself, 3 for my wife, and 1 for my 12 year old daughter. You won't find nicer or more knowledgeable staff anywhere. The fitting process is comprehensive and state-of-the-art... this is the only place I'll go for running shoes.
It’s a great running club if your interested in it every Wednesday at 6PM and anywhere between 3-5 miles. It’s a great department if you need anything that you want at a store too.
My daughter (2 years old) and I were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door (Madison)! The store associate was incredibly friendly, helped me find the right style of running shoes for my feet and interacted with my daughter like she was family. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend Feet Fleet to family and friends!

I highly recommend Fleet Feet to anyone looking for a great pair of running shoes or any type of running gear. I worked with Kally in Sun Prairie and she helped me to find the perfect shoe for my feet and injury prone knees as I get ready to train for a half marathon. She sat and spoke with me about my athletic history and injuries, watched how I walk and took 3D images of my feet to ensure I got the shoe that would support my needs. Everyone in the store was extremely nice and encouraging!

I highly recommend Fleet Feet! After Googling track shoes in Madison, this location popped up and on a whim decided to check it out. We were so impressed with the staff and the excellent customer service they gave us and the knowledge the each had. So excited to have a store like this available!
