The staff and customer service here are amazing. I got fitted and recommended for a cross training shoe. The shoe did help with my specific issue I had discussed but unfortunately ended up not being the best fit. I had my receipt and they had no problem doing a return for that and arch supports and they helped me find a new shoe right away. They also re-laced my shoe so it was more supportive for me. Excellent experience at Fleet Feet. I have enjoyed a positive experience at this store several times over the past few years. It doesn't matter whether I am in Sun Prairie or Middleton. Matt and everyone are really good with educating you on the type of shoe, fitting the shoe, and providing other recommendations to enhance the training experience. I recommend Fleet Feet to several people a week and do so without hesitation.
