I came in for 4 brand new tires install on my new set of aftermarket wheels and a TPMS recalibration on the new wheels took them over 2 1/4 hours and afterwards when i got home they forgot to put back a center cap so i had to go back just for them to go find it.
This store has license plate trackers installed at the parking lot entrances. Find a different store that respects customers privacy.
DO NOT GO TO THE FLEET FARM OAK DALE CAR CENTER FOR ANY OF YOUR CAR PROBLEMS!!!! TOOK MY CAR TO GET AN ALIGNMENT AND IT TOOK THEM 2 1/2 HOURS TO DO IT AND ENDED UP TELLING ME AT THE END THAT THEY CANT DO IT & ILL HAVE TO BRING MY CAR TO ANOTHER AUTO SHOP?!!! THEY BROKE ONE OF MY PARTS! WORSE OF ALL TIMES!!! JUST FIRE THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT!! TAKE YOUR CAR, $$$ and TIME ELSEWHERE!!!!
