I was so happy with the work ethic and attention to detail of this crew! They were so thoughtful about placement of the fixtures and outlets. I really appreciated that.
The service provided was unsatisfactory, and the invoiced charges were significantly inflated compared to the actual services rendered and compared quotes by other companies (sought after experiencing terrible service on a system that Fleenor installed). When we requested service for a malfunctioning system, the first tech visit lasted nearly four hours with no work done, yet we were billed full labor. Recently discontinued service with a company I had been with for 21 years as their customer service no longer seemed to exist. After shopping around decided Fleenor would be a good fit. From my first phone call have been extremely impressed with their professionalism. After my visit with Gina Alcorn who came to assess my system I was even more impressed. Alex was quick, professional, very kind and he didn’t mind answering all of my questions and I had a few, as I am older. He cleaned up after his self which was nice!
Alex city’s did a fabulous installation and was very courteous and patient!! Great job!
