This stuff work ok but we need another treatment. My problem is this guy never calls back. I've called him many times over a few weeks. I've emailed him and even texted him. Nothing. I've called corporate. He tells them he will call me but never does. I was being nice about the whole thing but now I'm ready to get a lawyer and contact BBB if this guy doesn't call me back
Awful, terrible and awful again. – Do NOT use this "business." He was 45 minutes late and didn't bother to call letting me know about the delay. He then charged me $10/min to sporadically puff a mixture of Sodium Sulfate/Boric Acid for 15 minutes. When I explained that I wasn't happy about him being late he never offered an apology, only excuses about his touchpad phone being wet, yet somehow he managed to call me after I called the 800 number to find out where he was.
