I had my face filled to get rid of lines by my cheeks and Melanie did a wonderful job, she really made me feel beautiful. The girls at the front were also very sweet and welcoming. I love it here, if you want quality and great service do not hesitate to visit Flawless Medspa!
This is the best medspa in Vegas. I’ve been to multiple practices in town and Melanie and her team are unmatched. They are fun and extremely caring and polite. I got my cheeks, lips, and xeomin done. I’ve never had a neurotoxin treatment as good as the technique I received here for my hooded eyes. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great service and top notch treatments!
I texted them via website. Never heard anything. I called to make an appointment. The girl at front desk was very rude and continued to cut me off,as I was talking. All she was interested in, was booking the appointment. She was not interested in my needs. She wanted all my personal information which I would not give over the phone. No one else has had an issue with me providing at time of appointment. It's a shame to have people representing your business like this.
I really wanted to like this place. My friend recommended it to me. Place is beautiful inside but customer service absolutely sucks. I’ve been to a few med spas before and this one left quite an impression. I was surprised you have to pay BEFOTE your services - okay. The girl who took my payment was rude. I have been interested I getting a small touch of lip filler for years but always have been so afraid of getting botched. I booked at Flawless Med Spa with Paige. As soon as I walked in the girls in the front were so polite & spoke with me right away. Amy took me to my room to get my paperwork & “before” photos done.
