I was referred to Flatts and was so glad I found my way to their shop. I needed a new tire and was given a few choices as to what would work best. They were honest and upfront. They got me in and out within an hour even offering to take care of something else if I brought my original tire back. Thankfully the new tire purchased from them had exactly what I needed and their service was amazing.
Quick service on short notice, sent an employee to the warehouse and got me back on the road in less than an hour!!! Highly recommend!!!!
While I don't enjoy spending $ on car repairs, Jordan, Chris, and the rest of the team make it a little less painful. Everything is always explained and there is absolutely no pressure from them to fix something that isn't wrong (unlike Tires Plus). Everyone should support small businesses and everyone should ride on a Flatt
They took great care of me, since I had bought one new tire from them the year before and the following year wanted to replace the other 3, they bought the one tire back and only charged me for 3 new ones, since they didn't have a matching one.
Came into your shop at about 1:00 on Saturday I needed 2 front tires was told that you closed at 2 and had 3 other cars to do so I should come back on Monday. Well you see I like most everyone else has to work on Monday so that is why I went there on Saturday. I will never use your services again and I will make sure no one I know does either

Not only is the service good the employees and owner are amazing people. They are very understanding and helpful and all around nice people. They work with you to ensure that you only pay for what you truly need and that you drive away in a safe stable vehicle. Thank you jordan chris andy and the rest of the guys. For years and years of awesome service.
