I've both used Flatt tire Center as a tire replacement store as well as bought tires there to use on another vehicle that never came in to the shop. I've always been treated as a valued customer, with complete respect. I will continue to purchase my tires from Flatt.
Flatt Tires gave me a good price on a new set of skins for my Infiniti QX4, and performed several services that were on part, or better than the dealer would've charged. It was a great value, and helped me keep an older car longer. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Jordan and the crew always go above and beyond to take care of his customers! I wouldn't buy a tire anywhere else in town!
It was Xmas eve and everything was closed...my car had been vandalized the night before. I needed two matching tires quick....as I drove by flatts I noticed one car outside so I gave it a try...not only was it the owner himself, but he gave me a Hell of a deal on a couple of nice matching tires...you don't get that type of service from big name stores.....thanks again.
Their "warranty" on tires is pretty much a scam!!!!
Bad day. Bought tires 6 months ago with 60k mile warranty(paid more for the tires with the warranty because they had a warranty). Went to have them rotated and the service manager says both rear tires are bad and he can't find any used tires. He said my car "must be out of aligment" with no proof and said they can't honor their warranty and would not work with me on anything, discounts or anything.
