Been here for about 2 months now and it’s a amazing place. Everything from the dog park, community room, workout area and even a espresso machine! The manager terra is a amazing and the owner himself was very kind. The apartments themselves are brand new and you get a washing and drying machine, a fridge, a oven and a microwave. I definitely want to live here as long as I can!

Ever since I moved here in February it’s been amazing! The manger is awesome and super friendly. The interior is so gorgeous. I have no complaints. I feel safe and secure living here,waayyy better then where I use to live. I love living in downtown. It’s 6 min away from freeway(if you know the fastest way) Just recently rescued a pupper and he loovveesss the doggy park. There’s poop bags outside and it’s perfect for the times I forget to grab the poop baggies. Would love to meet my neighbors soon for activity nights! Highly ... read more
Absolutely amazing building and even more amazing staff! Always there to help answer questions and help settle in. The building itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. The amenities available are awesome! I’m from Miami, Florida and even apartments that are 3-4K a MONTH are never this cool or friendly. Love it!
I recently moved in to this amazing place and I fall more in love with it each day that I am here. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly! The move in process was so easy and stress free. The apartments are beautiful and having a parking garage and gym in the building makes this place feel like home! Definitely recommend Flats on Fourth to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Fantastic location! Not only is it right across the street from the farmer's market, but also only 3 blocks to all the best bars/restaurants downtown. Can't wait to see the finished product.
