The phone customer service was fast, kind and responsive during a really stressful situation - and on a Sunday when most companies don t answer their phones. The in-person plumber, Jim Kiser, was super nice and explained what was happening, and helped quickly. Bonus: He likes good jazz, and was fast and explanatory during a Sunday emergency call. 😊 It took the edge off of a bad situation. Thank you. Highly recommend this company.

Flatirons provided prompt, excellent service. All of the options and price points were explained to me before the service was started. Very pleased with the quality of work and the reasonable rates.
It was a holiday weekend and we had called several companies who gave us very high quotes to install a water heater. Flatirons Plumbing gave us a reasonable quote and got straight to work. We are very pleased with their promptness, quote, and quality of work.

Plumber did not have to do anything because we resolved the issue ourselves. We did not get charged for the service call. Very ethical company.
