The in-person plumber, Jim Kiser, was super nice and explained what was happening, and helped quickly. Bonus: He likes good jazz, and was fast and explanatory during a Sunday emergency call. 😊 It took the edge off of a bad situation. Thank you. Highly recommend this company.
