Finding water dripping from an upstairs toilet down through the smoke alarm in my kitchen ceiling I called a plumber recommended by a friend; they could be out in 3 days! So in a mild panic, I got on the internet and found Flatirons Plumbing. I liked that they are a family owned business. The gal who answered the phone was very pleasant and Larry showed up 2 hours later!! He was extremely knowledgeable and not only fixed that problem, but fixed an additional toilet while he was there. Larry was an excellent plumber who completed replacement of pressure regulating valve in a a timely manner,
Great customer service. The initial phone call was professional and kind. They provided a window and has an opportunity to show up early and called to see if that was okay. They repaired the leaky shower head and then waited to ensure it stopped leaking before leaving. They were respectful of the house and kept everything clean. Highly recomend.
Jim was experienced and did a great job. Highly recommend him and the company!
Larry, the technician, was great. He was fast and explained everything related to what was going on with my refrigerator end though he technically is a plumber (this was the supply like to the fridge that was at issue, but Larryâ s knowledge base far exceeded that area.
