RecommendedDr. Erikson did my knee replacement last year. I'm here for the other knee now. He did an awesome job! I love the staff there. They are always nice and call back in a timely manner. I travel all over the US to go to Doctors that I trust.

Just hate the treatment is different with going in as “work mans comp” verses Tri-Care patient.....
I waited all day for Dr. "tim" to give me my MRI results...at 5:25 someone called telling me I can not be seen until next week....Useless as I must work Sunday and got NO injection in my damaged knee. All Flathead did was send me for an MRI.....Useless
Rude secretaries they don't help or answer questions! They didn't care that I was a person and just brushed me off there shoulder. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The way they treat you is so wrong on so many levels! If I Hadn't called the to figure out what was going on they never would of contacted me! The only reason I gave this place a star is because it wouldn't let me give zero stars!
How can you tell me you can't help me off 2007 and 2009 records? You haven't even seen me. Poor customer service. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner and won't even make me an appointment. Do not go here!
Just a huge shout out to Flathead Orthopedic! I was so impressed about how professional, kind, understanding and comforting they are. I could not have even imagined a better way that everything could have been handled. They were so caring amd really made us feel like we were not just a number. From the front office, nurses, doctors and anesthesiologist. I am just beyond wowed!
Bravo Surgerical team! Everyone was wonderful for me and feeling great due to your positive attitude!!
