I called Flat Rate Carpet because i stained a couch at the home i was house sitting. they came out that day and by the next day the couch was dry, the stain was gone, and when the family I was house sitting for came home they had no idea. They even asked me to house sit again.

My sofa stain is GONE! They removed a wine stain I NEVER thought would come out! Will definitely call again anytime I need carpet or upholstery cleaning done. They are true pros!!

Because of Flat Rate Carpet my reputation as a house sitter is still in tact! I was watching a house for someone when I stained their couch. I called Flat Rate Carpet and they came out the next day to take care of it. By the time the people came home the stain was gone, the couch was dry and they were never the wiser. They even asked me to watch thier house again!

I called FlatRate Carpet for the first time after moving into a new apartment. The landlord assured me that he would take care of the awful stains in the carpets that the prior tenant left-- but failed to do so.FlatRate Carpet came to my home, gave me a free estimate, and then quickly, yet efficiently took care of the job that MY LANDLORD didn't! Needless to say, that without a doubt I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I called Flat Rate Carpet for just an estimate for my carpets to be cleaned.When the guy came over and gave me a price of $250.00 for each room to be cleaned I asked him to leave.He then wanted me to give him $75.00 for the estimate, I told him that the advertisement in the paper said Free Estimates, he said that was only for businesses.After I told him I would in no way give him the $75.00 he then threatened me stating he would take my television instead of the $75.00.I told him if he did not leave I would call the police, ... read more
