i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommMy new puppy decided it wanted to use the rug my mother-in-law gave to us as a wedding present as a chew toy. The whole corner was chewed up. I didn't think it could be saved, but I called Flat Rate anyway because I knew it was really expensive and she would've been upset. They brought the rug back in two weeks and I couldn't believe how great it looked, you couldn't even tell. I was so relieved that everything worked out. They were really nice and professional. ended because

Flat Rate Carpet picked-up 3 of my rugs and did a great deep cleaning. They were also returned on-time, as promised. Will call again!

I spilled a glass of red wine on my new carpet, i called them in a panic and the customer service girl told me how to blot up the spill without causing more damage. The next morning a cleaner came to take care of the stain, and by night I was walking around on my clean, dry carpet once again

Because of Flat Rate Carpet my reputation as a house sitter is still in tact! I was watching a house for someone when I stained their couch. I called Flat Rate Carpet and they came out the next day to take care of it. By the time the people came home the stain was gone, the couch was dry and they were never the wiser.

I was so happy when I finally found the couch of my dreams...it cost me a fortune, but the joy it gave me was priceless. I was so excited that I decided to have a 'couch warming' party, but the aftermath showed me that it was not such a good idea. ironically, after too many drinks and hors d'eurves a friend of mine spilled red cocktail sauce on my new couch. when I called flatrate carpet I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off.but I thought "hey, at least it will smell good..."when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you flatrate carpet
