Grade A. Couldnt be more please with Flat Rate Carpet. I called for my area rug that had water damage... They picked it up and explained the process.... Came back 2 weeks later without the mold and bad smell from being in the basement. Happy to have my rug in the living room for people to see now :D
I was surprised how well they treated me from the first phone call till the time they were done. I was glad they got my stubborn stain out, other companies tried to get ti out, they couldnt do it. It was a A-1 profession job.
The stain I had on my couch was a stain that was awful. I was always embarrassed of it and put throw blankets over the spot. I had Flat rate Carpet coe over for a free estimate..... and they mentioned they can gt out the stain with 10% guarentee.. igave it a go. I am pleased with the cleaning, its 1 week later and the stain is not viasble anymore........finally
i had the grout and tile cleaned at my place.... in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms... what a difference my place looks! nice service.. ill be open to use them again about every 6 months
good experience, great cleaning. called wanted carpets cleaned, i ii i had an appointment for a carpet cleaning, when the cleaners came over they mentioned they cleaned couches, and mine surely needed a cleaning, so i was pleasently surprised on how great my living room looked after all the sprucing up.
I made an appointment through a Chat system they had through their website. Someone was able to come later that night when I got off of work to clean my carpet in my apartment. The process was performed in a fast manner with a hardworking man who did a terrific job!
Pleased that I chose flat rate carpet cleaning company to clean my area rug. It came back hot off the press looking clean and smelled great as well. Since I have 2 dogs, the area rug has been through a lot, so it was time for a good deep cleaning. The whole processes took 2 weeks.
