Way too worried about money. After asking about purchasing heart worm medicine, and being told no, they proceeded to charge for the medicine and gave it anyway. I was charged for the first appointment, because they “weren’t told” that I was a new customer, which they would have seen if they had even taken my registration.

I actually talked to your daughter about her budget as well as if she wanted the heartworm prevention for her dog since he was not on any. I am so sorry that you are upset but I feel frustrated with the fact that I tried to communicate treatment as well as prices with your daughter several times and you are still upset. Flanary has taken such good care of my dog. from our wellness visit to when she got injured and had to receive stitches that included going for them to drain fluid buildup a few days after the stitches. They are amazing. So friendly and professional, yet caring for your animals and making you feel confident that your pet is getting the best care. one of the techs even gave us some advice in caring for our Australian Shepherd and was very knowledgeable about the breed. Highly, highly recommend.

My beagle had been in pain for weeks, and after multiple calls, I finally had answers to my questions. This was a quick in an out procedure for dental work and extractions, he came home happy like it never happened! Thank you for helping my fur baby ♥️

Very friendly understand your concerns when it comes to your babies they keep you updated I love this vet my big dog she is a pit bull she dont anyone when I first took her here she done awsome

We have had Dr. Flannary and her staff for a little over 10 years or more. Not only are they great at treatments for your animals, they are compassionate and friendly. Their building is always in top shape as well. We love them and think you would to!
The staff is amazing!! I'm beyond happy with every experience I've had here. I'm also not sure what shampoo they use but she smells beyond amazing after her 'spa' day!
