Stumbled upon this place and happy I did. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and my friend ordered the club sandwich. We were greeted promptly by a very friendly employee and seated immediately. I also ordered the Thai iced tea and it was great chicken was cooked to perfection and I was giving a massive serving of it, the price was excellent. This seems like it is a hidden jam only known by people in the neighborhood. Highly recommend to anybody on a budget that wants really good food.
Really good American diner food. Good prices, only annoying thing is they are closed on Sundays. Perfect hangover food but closed on Sundays!
Excellent food every single time! YG and J are absolutely amazing, big up to the both of them. I would definately recommend this place to anyone visiting Ladypool Road.

I don’t really eat out in LA, because of the insanely high prices and the quality of food you get for those prices, but at least once a week I come to Patty’s for a cheeseburger and fries. It is my favorite place to eat in LA, and I’ve yet to find a restaurant or diner that can beat Patty’s amazing service, delicious food, and fair prices.
