Food is amazing. Waitstaff is as attentive as they get. Table side Guacamole is excellent. Would have been a 5 out of 5 rating however, the Host/Hostess staff is lacking. They do not have the proper tools to do their job and struggle to keep track of which party is which... Recommendation to management, invest in pagers and maybe a badge reader for your staff to access the wine room. Watching them fumble with broken keys behind a handle that makes it virtually inaccessible to get in and out is inefficient.
I brought a new guest. He's now hooked too. The best service. Food was amazing. But I'll probably never come and stay with Fox News on the televisions again. I don't want politically charged entertainment as it causes arguments. Other than that perfect dinner. �

The chef Niki... as always made the best blackened grouper ever, the staff ...Lisa our waitress was awesome!! As I sat there looking around watching people having a great time I thought this is such a great atmosphere. I had a great birthday with my sister there, thank you �
Steak was cooked perfectly, but lacked seasoning.

I visited firestone two days in a row. I absolutely love the guac but the prime rib was tough and chewy. The second day I had the ribeye and it tasted burned. I did love the red potatoes though. Probably won't be back. Service was good I just wasn't please with the steaks at all.
Food was good. Service slow but good. Drinks were just ok.
