Horrible service! Made an order at 1256 at the bar today and no one checked in with me until 1345 and I still had no food and no drink. Yet others at the bar were getting served and some even finished. Terrible service, avoid this place at all costs. Server said he would give me a discount for the wait and only have $2 off
I’m currently sitting in flames waited 10 mins for a refill and now waiting another 10 plus for my check.. do yourself a favor walk to gate 22 to smash burger
It’s was great; apple cheese cake not so good too sweet. Coffee was really good
The food was cold, the service was slow. I blame the manager mostly for not providing additional help to serve our party of 12, and leaving it to a single person. I blame the cook for not keeping the food timed and hot.
Incredibly poor and slow service this morning. Food was served cold and greasy. Wow!! And the manager not concerned after letting him know!!!
Love the food, the eggs benedict are one of the best I've ever had. The drinks & dessert selection are amazing too as well. Service is always very friendly & prompt.
