The dough is amazing. Must have the rocket salad to start.
I'm totally blown away. Not only is it the best pizza in the valley, but up there with Mozza, Bestia and Sotto for the best pizza in LA. The antipasto was wonerful and the almond cream cake was the stuff dreams are made of.
If you want pizza like none other, this is the place to go. The dough is crisp on the outside and as soft as a pillow on the inside. Richard uses the freshest ingredients throughout... there is nothing that compares.
I lived in Gaeta, Italy for three years, have enjoyed pizza all over the world... I have tasted nothing better than the creations of Richard Florczak... the "room" for improvement, does not exist here... FIVE STARS all the way.
