First I spent $89 for a technician to come out for 10 minutes and tell me my AC was over 25 years old and should be replaced. Upon getting a quote for a new system, they were $2,000 higher than any of the other 3 quotes I received. Furthermore, the system they offered was old and not even in production anymore with the worst specs out of all 3 quotes. Highly recommend not wasting time and take your business somewhere else.
2 years ago when they installed my new furnace and central air they left a hole in my ceiling. They damaged my new wood floor. The only thing they fixed was the drain hose that was to short when they initially in stalled the new system. Hardly ever returned my phone calls. Had no shows on service. To date the hole is still in my ceiling and my floor is still damaged.
I think they're Overpriced and missed diagnose the problem many times

Flame installed a standard, ***************************, 40 gal. tank, natural gas, hot water heater for me. The crew was timely, polite, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old tank.The only issue I had was with the 10-year warranty I'd been told came with it. I wasn't given a written warranty when it came time to pay. So before paying, the office added to the invoice's job description that it came with a 10-year warranty on parts and labor since they said they don't hand out anything separate describing the war... read more
Flame is our go to company for repairs and service. Great guys to work with and prompt service. Good company.
At first, everything seems as it should, then you get the quote of $3800 for a new A/C. After getting over the shock of the sticker price I was assured it was well worth it and a professional job would be done. The last thing I had time for was unfinished work, botched jobs, and hounding someone to come to finish the job or return any of my calls. They gave an estimate for electrical service then never scheduled the service or explained the delay. They would say someone would call and no one ever called. Then they tried to say parts weren't available but they were simple receptacles available a multiple Home Depots. They seem to lack basic integrity and fair dealing.

There were certainly delays in parts acquisition on this order and we understand that this customer became impatient and moved on to another company. With our teams working remotely, there was an internal breakdown which we've addressed. We would like the opportunity serve this customer in the future.
Flame heating and cooling is a rip off. They sold me a furnace for 3,360 bucks, and it just blows cool air. Brand new furnace! Also while the guys were in the basement working, I came down and told them I wanted to keep my old furnace, just to put it to the side. Hours later, they still hauled it away. I've made numerous calls trying to get my furnace back, as well as a refund on this cold blowing furnace. I just keep getting the run around and no one can give me a direct answer.
