My wife and I made a reservation for this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday with a friend of hers. When we arrived, the wait wasn’t long which we appreciated, and they even had a birthday card waiting for her. The experience after that though was abysmal. We tried Flame & Fire for the first time today because several of our coworkers recommended it. We had a 7:00 PM reservation, but we weren’t seated until about 15 minutes later. That wasn’t a huge issue, but unfortunately, things didn’t improve from there. The meat was okay, but some of it was a little too salty. The biggest disappointment was definitely the service. We visited today, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the service and the overall dining experience. Even though our card was green, the staff kept passing by our table without checking on us. I also waited around 30 minutes just to get a refill on my drink. It felt like larger groups were being prioritized, while our table was often overlooked.
