First week I moved in. I found bugs. My sink was leaking. They fixed it but then the cold water was blocked. They took so long it unblocked itself My stove is still not working and I have been trying to get someone to fix it for more than a week. Two of my outlets don't work and again trying to get someone to fix it for more than a week. The people on the phone seem to be nice but no one here in town seems to give a care
Going to be leaving in March this is disgusting the pest control that avenue living has sucks Alberta health knows about this we have a cockroach infestation we keep the unit clean looks like you will be losing a tenant and I won’t be paying anything
My mom Live here and every time it goes out, it’s so humid Her bathroom fan doesn’t work. There was a leak in the wall. The window had a Cracking it the heat broke and maintenance doesn’t even come and there’s a cockroach in investment terrible. Don’t recommend to Live here Avenue living sucks they should fix their apartment
I would strongly advise against renting at Avenue Living Apartments in Lethbridge. This has been, without a doubt, the worst living experience. The building is overrun with issues, including constant yelling and screaming from individuals who seem to be under the influence of drugs. It’s not safe or peaceful, and the atmosphere is incredibly stressful. On top of that, the management and customer service are extremely unprofessional.
