The owner is amazing she does phenomenal work. I always go to her when I need my hair done I suggest y'all go to her instead of anyone else. She will know how you would like your hair just give her ur style and she got it. So go to Flakky Universal.

Do not go to this place. The owner is rude & unprofessional, I’ll never go here again. Took almost 9 hours to do a simple hairstyle for me, the shop was hot & uncomfortable. The owner put a hot towel with boiling hot water directly on my scalp & burned my scalp when she was done….never again!!!
Highly recommend!! I searched for hair braiders near me here on Staten Island and saw the reviews and took a chance hoping for the best and I am so happy and thankful I did! Flakky is so professional and her studio is nice, clean and organized.
