Since the new look took over the customer service has definitely changed and not for the better! Lost alot of good employees and the new ones are not as polite....

I had been a customer of Wells Fargo since the 1980’s and now an extremely happy customer of Flagstar Bank. Recently I had a problem with my checking account and was unable to access it due to removing my wife who passed away from the account. Alexis Musselman was very happy to help me get set up with all that I needed .She made me feel like she really cared and was very happy to help me. Super Bank!!
