Over 15 years ive banked here and the "operational management" changes in the last 2 years make me wanna take my business elsewhere. They are no longer customer first.
Since the new look took over the customer service has definitely changed and not for the better! Lost alot of good employees and the new ones are not as polite....
Great customer service!
Always helpful and friendly service.
