This place used to be pretty good, now it f*cking sucks! Did a really crappy job cleaning my car, specifically my interior. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me attitude. On top of it all, they broke my cupholder and basically told me to fuck off. Service sucks and customer service is abysmal. Andrew, the so-called GM is clueless.
Best car wash in DC, hands down! For being such a busy operation they efficiently attend to the details of the wash and get me in and out. My car always looks spotless and the employees are always pleasant. The manager on site Andy also went out of his way to greet me and give me a little history about the location. I'll go out of my way to get my car washed here!
Courteous Staff : Offers are reasonable and would like to see more Locations near I-495 St.Barnabas Rd.
