We purchased our flagpole at the Missouri State Fair this past August. While we love the ease of raising and lowering the pole I wish we had not purchased the light. It is pretty worthless. It only stays illuminated an hour or so and is not very bright. I contacted them about our fist one and they easily replaced it with an updated model that is equally worthless. Sorry folks, you have a great flagpole but the light is junk. My friend has the same light on hers and has the same complaint.
Easy to raise and lower. Had a storm come through with 70 mph winds and had 2 flags. No issues. In-laws had different brand with 1 flag 2 months old and folded it over like a toothpick. Excellent construction.
Looked at a lot of flag poles before buying this one. Most are a friction lock and tend to retract on their own but not this one. Very easy set up and looks great.
Love this company! We ordered replacement parts, paid full price and within a day they refunded our money and our parts arrived!

I did a ton of research on flagpoles and companies for my yard. The best quality pole I found was Flagpole Farms. I love the bronze/black and installed this weekend. The interlocking system on the telescoping pole is awesome. Looks fantastic and my neighbor wants to order one now also. Thanks for making a great USA made flagpole kit. I will spread the word.
