The customer service at FLAG POLE FARM is horrible! 💩 I was talked to today very rudely and was hung up on by one of the employees by the name of Cade! I will never do any business with this company! Further more the telescoping flagpoles that they sell look like garbage because those plastic interlocking sleeves are gonna deteriorate in the sun and eventually get brittle and fail over time. This individual called our store soliciting us to let him provide marketing services for us. Our employee informed him that we were not interested, and that we were already set with our marketing firm. He continued to push the issue and began cursing at our employee when he was not getting the response he wanted. We have no business relationship with this person, yet he chooses post negative comments after being told we were not interested in a business relationship with him.

Ordered my flagpole at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally this year. A few days after I got home it was delivered. Set up was easy and I must say it is the classiest flagpole I have ever purchased. Really like the telescoping locking mechanism. Very easy to raise/lock and also to unlock and lower.

We purchased a telescoping flagpole in Sturgis, SD many moons ago. When our eagle and rotating lights broke off their base, I contacted the company on the flagpole. It has changed names but had excellent customer service. The plastic top arrived ahead of schedule and even had extra parts. Our flagpole is a great way for our family to honor the USA. Please honor the United States by buying here. You will not be disappointed.
