Sorry I can't give negative stars. Just bought an old Hyster fortlift and was looking for parts. Went to the website and couldn't navigate it. left my phone number. I got a call from the representative who started grilling me on we don't do one time orders and that I needed a shop with lots of business to deal with them. First impressions are important and clearly this is the owners duaghter. I feel for the folks that work there.
