Received my unit from a very nice salesman and the maintenance man BUT am very upset that I have had problems. The unit has been a problem from the start. The company is very professional and tries to fix the problem, I just think I got a LEMON, sometimes that happens THE company is trying to figure out the problem, the last time they were here they said I might need to get a new one. I have used not even one bag of salt in six months, that is great if the machine was doing it's job.
We had horrible water and last week we got a new water softener and K5 drinking system and we couldn't be happier! We now have better water pressure and great tasting water amongst other things!

I called to ask some questions about and older failed system. Not only did they answer all my questions and offered to help. I ended up renting a newer system as it was actually more cost effective.The technician did a great job on the install and answered all my questions. I went from water that would make you gag, to great clean water.
We have the air injected sulphur system and it works great! No trace if sulphur smell or taste left in the water! Thanks Brian Hitchcock!
Flag City Water Systems installed a new drinking system yesterday. Very pleased with them. Very helpful with the issues at hand. Well worth a call to them if in need of a water or new softener!!
Our old water softener was leaking so we thought it was time to replace it we did not think our water was that bad at all after we got the complete new system reverse osmosis and all we absolutely love it we've only had it two weeks huge difference in the dishwasher showering drinking water would definitely recommend it
